Ginger Orange Glazed Chicken Bowl
INGREDIENTS
- 2 fully cooked frozen chicken breast, thawed and cubed
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons bbq sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 2 cups cooked rice, kept warm
- fresh ground black pepper to taste
- 2 dinner size bowls
DIRECTIONS
- Set heat on medium, in a skillet add the marmalade, bbq sauce, soy sauce, and ginger, stir to mix.
- Add the cubed chicken, cook for a few minutes until it thickens, turn off heat.
- Arrange half the chicken in each bowl with about 1 cup of rice in each, and the sides you have chosen. Serves 2. Enjoy!
