- 3 tablespoons butter, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- about 1/2 cup frosting, your favorite, I used store bought coffee frosting
- Preheat air fryer to bake 325°, Set timer to 12 minutes, bake time might be shorter, spray a 6 inch round pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- Mix together the butter, oil, sugar, vanilla and the egg, mix together with a fork.
- Add flour, baking cocoa, mix to blend everything together, fold in the chocolate chips.
- Spread batter evenly into the prepared pan, Bake in air fryer about 10-12 minutes, it could be less time, check a couple of times, so not to burn, don’t walk away and leave, cook time is depending on different air fryers.
- Brownies will be firmer around edges and soft but not gooey in the center. Allow brownies to cool, they will set up better.
- Frost with frosting if you like, cut into about 6 brownies, Serve and Enjoy!
