Mint Cookie Cheesecake Dessert
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, room temperature
- 8 ounce frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 8 mint oreo cookies, regular or gluten free
- 4 dessert cups or plastic cups
DIRECTIONS
- Place 6 cookies in a sandwich bag and crunch into smaller pieces with rolling pin or roll an unopened food can to crush, set aside.
- Place room temperature cream cheese in a mixing bowl beat with mixer until creamy, add sugar, beat until sugar is dissolved.
- Add the thawed topping, beat with mixer until everything is completely mixed.
- Add crunched cookies and beat with mixer until evenly distributed in batter.
- Spoon batter into the dessert cups, cut the remaining two cookies in half, and top each dessert cup with a half cookie.
- Place in refrigerator to chill until ready to serve. Makes 4 dessert cups. Enjoy!
