Small Oatmeal Bundt Cake in Air Fryer

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup quick oats
  • 1/2 cup boiling water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor


DIRECTIONS

  • Spray a 6 inch round bundt pan with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix together quick oats and boiling water, set aside.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the egg, sugar, vanilla, and butter.
  • Next sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda, over the wet ingredients, mix everything together.
  • Add the quick oats, stir and mix until everything is blended together.
  • Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.
  • Set Air Fryer to Bake at 325° for 18 minutes, push button to start and preheat, add cake when preheated ding goes off. (Depends on your air fryer instructions).
  • If cake is cooking faster on top, secure foil to top of pan about half way through cook cycle. Poke with a toothpick entered in center, cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
  • Transfer cake to cooling rack , allow to cool and invert on to a serving dish, drizzle with your favorite glaze or frosting. Server and Enjoy!
