Small Oatmeal Bundt Cake in Air Fryer
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 cup boiling water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla flavor
DIRECTIONS
- Spray a 6 inch round bundt pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a small bowl mix together quick oats and boiling water, set aside.
- In a medium bowl mix together the egg, sugar, vanilla, and butter.
- Next sift the flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and baking soda, over the wet ingredients, mix everything together.
- Add the quick oats, stir and mix until everything is blended together.
- Pour batter into prepared bundt pan.
- Set Air Fryer to Bake at 325° for 18 minutes, push button to start and preheat, add cake when preheated ding goes off. (Depends on your air fryer instructions).
- If cake is cooking faster on top, secure foil to top of pan about half way through cook cycle. Poke with a toothpick entered in center, cake is done when toothpick comes out clean.
- Transfer cake to cooling rack , allow to cool and invert on to a serving dish, drizzle with your favorite glaze or frosting. Server and Enjoy!
