Italian Sausage with Tomatoes over Ravioli

 

Gluten Free Ravioli with Italian Sausage and Tomatoes

  • 1 pound Italian sausage, browned and drain fat
  • 1 can petite diced tomatoes, about 15 ounces
  • 1 package frozen gluten free ravioli (regular ravioli if you choose) about 13 – 16 ounces, set out to thaw
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 teaspoon Italian season
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Few tablespoons olive oil
  • Grated cheese for top to serve

  • Add tomatoes and seasonings to browned meat, cook on medium heat about 15 minutes
  • In another pan drizzle a couple tablespoons of olive oil, add ravioli and toss to coat with olive oil, cook on a medium heat to toast the ravioli, toss a few minutes 
  • Place toasted ravioli on a plate top with meat and tomatoes mixture and your favorite grated cheese serve.
  • Make sure to choose Gluten Free ingredients to make it gluten free.
