Italian Sausage with Tomatoes over Ravioli
Gluten Free Ravioli with Italian Sausage and Tomatoes
- 1 pound Italian sausage, browned and drain fat
- 1 can petite diced tomatoes, about 15 ounces
- 1 package frozen gluten free ravioli (regular ravioli if you choose) about 13 – 16 ounces, set out to thaw
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon Italian season
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Few tablespoons olive oil
- Grated cheese for top to serve
- Add tomatoes and seasonings to browned meat, cook on medium heat about 15 minutes
- In another pan drizzle a couple tablespoons of olive oil, add ravioli and toss to coat with olive oil, cook on a medium heat to toast the ravioli, toss a few minutes
- Place toasted ravioli on a plate top with meat and tomatoes mixture and your favorite grated cheese serve.
