Chicken and Peppers
Chicken and Peppers – Quick and Easy
- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or pieces
- 8 ounces pepper trio cut up peppers, red, green, yellow (I use frozen in bag)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 cup sliced onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle some parsley for garnish
- In frying pan add butter and olive oil on medium heat
- Add cut up chicken
- Add peppers, onions, and seasonings
- Stir and cook until chicken is done about 15 minutes
- Turn heat down to simmer until ready to serve
- Serve over rice or add your favorite vegetables on the side
