Chicken and Peppers


Chicken and Peppers – Quick and Easy

  • 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into strips or pieces
  • 8 ounces pepper trio cut up peppers, red, green, yellow (I use frozen in bag)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup sliced onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sprinkle some parsley for garnish

  • In frying pan add butter and olive oil on medium heat
  • Add cut up chicken
  • Add peppers, onions, and seasonings
  • Stir and cook until chicken is done about 15 minutes
  • Turn heat down to simmer until ready to serve
  • Serve over rice or add your favorite vegetables on the side
