Rice and Mushrooms with Peas – Rice Cooker
- 1 rice cooker cup white rice (rinsed)
- 1 rice cooker cup Minute brown rice
- 1 can (about 15 ounces) beef broth, regular or low sodium
- 8 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Umami seasoning blend or more to taste
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Throw all ingredients in Rice Cooker, stir, put on lid, and turn on. That is all you have to do.
- Serve after Rice Cooker turns off.
