Philly Burgers with Cheese

 

Philly Burgers – Red, Yellow, Green Peppers, and Cheese

1 pound ground meat, beef, turkey, chicken, or pork, your choice

A few tablespoons garlic infused olive oil

About 1/2 cup chopped peppers, I use frozen pepper trio in the bag

1 teaspoon basil

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all ingredients and make into patties, fry to your preferred doneness

Add more peppers in pan, cook with burgers, to have extra on the side.

Top with slices of cheese to melt on burgers when they are almost done.

Add bun if you like and top with your favorite condiments.
