Shrimp and Zucchini over Gluten Free Pasta

 

Shrimp & Zucchini over Gluten Free Pasta – Quick & Easy

6 ounces gluten free spaghetti, cooked to package directions, toss with a mix of few tablespoons garlic infused olive oil and butter

Shake in some grated parmesan or romano cheese into pasta and toss again to mix in

1 medium zucchini sliced, saute in frying pan with a mix of few tablespoons garlic infused olive oil and butter until tender

Add 1/2 pound Shrimp, peeled, to zucchini and cook until done, a few minutes

Serve shrimp and zucchini over pasta and enjoy

Fresh grate cheese on top, your favorite, Asiago, Parmesan, or Romano

Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste
