Fresh Spinach and Mushrooms
Fresh Spinach with Mushrooms
10 ounce bag Fresh spinach
4 ounce fresh or canned sliced (drained) mushrooms
2 tablespoons garlic infused olive oil
2 tablespoons butter
1 or 2 teaspoons of umami seasoning blend (available at Target at a reasonable price)
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
Add olive oil, butter, and mushrooms to a fry/everyday pan with a lid, turn burner to medium.
Saute for a few minutes, add bag of spinach, turn heat to low and put lid on until spinach wilts.
Sprinkle the umami seasoning in and toss ingredients around pan to blend.
Fresh cracked pepper to taste
