Pumpkin Bundt Cake Small
Easy Small Pumpkin Bundt Cake
- 1/2 cup pure pumpkin
- 3/4 cup pancake mix (regular or gluten free)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup cream or milk
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
In a bowl mix egg, light brown sugar, pumpkin, oil, and cream, stir to completely blend.
Add pancake mix blend completely together.
Pour into a 6 inch sprayed Bundt pan.
Bake in preheated oven @ 350° for about 30 minutes.
After cooled slightly, Turn onto a dish, let cake finish cooling then glaze or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
