Quick and Easy Pasta Romanoff

  • 6 ounces pasta or eggs noodles, cooked to package directions
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic infused or regular olive oil
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup grated cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives or green onion tops
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste

While pasta is cooking mix sour cream, grated cheese, and some of the chopped chives, salt and pepper, garlic powder, set aside.

Toss pasta with butter and olive oil while still hot.

Mix hot pasta into the sour cream mixture.

Heat if needed, Serve and top with extra grated cheese and chives.

Add a little extra sour cream or cream if pasta seems dry.
