Gluten Free Caraway Seed Bread

- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1&1/4 cup gluten free bread flour (king arthur)
- 2 teaspoons caraway seeds
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder, for color, optional
- 2 teaspoons rapid rise yeast
Directions
- Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order they are listed.
- Set machine on gluten free setting, 1 pound loaf, and light or medium crust.
- After cycle is done, be careful, use pot holders, remove bread from pan.
- Cool completely before slicing. Enjoy!
- NOTE: This recipe is a basic gluten free bread recipe, I added the caraway seeds and cocoa (for color), to give bread the taste and color of a rye bread.
- NOTE: The photo below shows the loaf sunk in a little on the top crust, but as you can see from other photos the sliced bread was just fine for sandwiches.
