Chicken Mushroom Gravy with Veggies

Ingredients

  • 12 ounce can boneless chicken breast
  • 4 ounces mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, or more if you like
  • 1 or 2 packages chicken gravy, depends on how much gravy you like, cook to package directions.
  • 2 cups of mashed potatoes, more or less, enough for two servings

Directions

  • In a medium sauce pan, add chicken, sliced mushrooms, and veggies, turn burner on medium.
  • Cook for about 5-7 minutes, stirring so not to burn.
  • Add the prepared gravy, heat completely through. Turn off burner.
  • Spoon over hot mashed potatoes, serves 2. Enjoy!
