Stir Fry Chicken Green Beans Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Chicken Ingredients
- 1 large boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite size pieces (about 1/2 to 3/4 pound)
- 2 tablespoons roasted garlic olive oil to stir fry chicken
- 2 teaspoons umami mushroom seasoning to add to chicken
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce to add to chicken
- Medium Skillet
- Green Beans Ingredients
- 1 bag 12 ounces frozen whole thin green beans (thawed)
- 2-3 tablespoons roasted garlic olive oil to stir fry green beans
- 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce to add to green beans
- 1/4 cup water to add to green beans
- 2 tablespoons butter to add to green beans
- 8 ounces fresh mushrooms sliced
- Medium Skillet with a lid
- 2-3 cups cooked rice
Directions
- GREEN BEANS
- Turn burner on medium high, add olive oil to skillet, add green beans, stir fry for a few minutes, carefully add the water, stir and add lid, let cook for a few more minutes.
- Add soy sauce stir fry for a few more minutes, stir in butter and sliced mushrooms.
- Turn burner down to medium, stir fry until mushrooms are cooked. Turn off burner.
- CHICKEN
- In the other skillet, turn burner on medium, add olive oil, chicken, umami mushroom seasoning, and soy sauce. Stir fry for about 6-8 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
- Add the cooked chicken to the cooked green beans skillet, heat through.
- Serve while hot with rice on the side. Salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Serves about 3-4. Enjoy!
