Triple Chocolate Walnut Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/8 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips or more mini chocolate chips, for top
  • * Be sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 7 inch round baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl add the egg, cooking oil, sugar, water and vanilla stir to blend everything together.
  • Add the gluten free flour, baking cocoa, and baking soda, mix everything with a spoon until completely blended. Batter will be thick.
  • Stir in the mini chocolate chips, and walnuts. Pour batter evenly into prepared baking pan.
  • Bake in the preheated 350° oven for about 16-18 minutes.
  • Set on cooling rack. Pour the other chocolate chips evenly on top of hot brownies, when chocolate melts spread on brownies like frosting.
  • Cool, Cut and Serve. Enjoy!
