Triple Chocolate Walnut Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup gluten free flour
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/8 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1/4 cup milk chocolate chips or more mini chocolate chips, for top
- * Be sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 7 inch round baking pan with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl add the egg, cooking oil, sugar, water and vanilla stir to blend everything together.
- Add the gluten free flour, baking cocoa, and baking soda, mix everything with a spoon until completely blended. Batter will be thick.
- Stir in the mini chocolate chips, and walnuts. Pour batter evenly into prepared baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated 350° oven for about 16-18 minutes.
- Set on cooling rack. Pour the other chocolate chips evenly on top of hot brownies, when chocolate melts spread on brownies like frosting.
- Cool, Cut and Serve. Enjoy!
