Bread Machine Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

Ingredients

  • Makes a 1 pound loaf
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1 medium mashed ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 cup gluten free baking mix
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
  • * Be sure to choose gluten free ingredients to make it gluten free!

Directions

  • Add all ingredients in to the bread pan, except the chocolate chips, in the order the ingredients are listed above.
  • Plug in the bread machine set on the quick bread setting, select 1 pound loaf, press start.
  • Add chocolate chips when the add in signal beeps, with a rubber spatula stir if needed to mix any ingredients stuck to sides and corners.
  • Close lid let cycle finish, take pan out with pot holders let stand on cooling rack rack for 10 minutes, remove from pan and set loaf back on cooling rack to cool.
  • Slice and Serve. Enjoy!
