Triple Chocolate Sour Cream Mini Loaves
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup regular or gluten free baking mix
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cooking oil
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mini semi sweet chocolate chips
- 2 mini loaf pans 3×6
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray mini loaf pans with cooking spray, set aside.
- In a medium mixing bowl add the egg and slightly beat with a fork.
- Add the sugars, cooking oil, sour cream and beat everything together by hand or mixer.
- Sift the baking mix and baking cocoa together, add to liquid ingredients, beat in with mixer or by hand.
- Add the hot water and completely mix in the batter.
- Pour batter into the prepared mini loaf pans.
- Bake for about 30 minutes, cool and remove from pans, if you like.
- Drizzle or frost with chocolate or glaze, optional. Slice and Enjoy!
