Small Batch Brownies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup baking cocoa
- 1/4 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup cooking oil or melted butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch salt
- 1/4 chocolate chips or chopped walnuts, optional
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 6, 7 or 8 inch square baking dish, with cooking spray, set aside, (depends on how thick you want your brownies).
- In a medium mixing bowl whisk together the sugar, cocoa, and butter or cooking oil, until mixed completely.
- Add eggs one at a time, whisk in each egg, whisk in vanilla.
- Stir in flour and salt.
- Add 1/4 chocolate chips or chopped nuts if you like.
- Bake for about 15 minutes if using 8 inch square baking dish, adjust a couple minutes more if using a smaller baking dish, don’t over bake.
- Set on cooling rack, cut into squares after cooled and serve. Enjoy!
