Small Batch Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup baking cocoa
  • 1/4 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil or melted butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/4 chocolate chips or chopped walnuts, optional

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray a 6, 7 or 8 inch square baking dish, with cooking spray, set aside, (depends on how thick you want your brownies).
  • In a medium mixing bowl whisk together the sugar, cocoa, and butter or cooking oil, until mixed completely.
  • Add eggs one at a time, whisk in each egg, whisk in vanilla.
  • Stir in flour and salt.
  • Add 1/4 chocolate chips or chopped nuts if you like.
  • Bake for about 15 minutes if using 8 inch square baking dish, adjust a couple minutes more if using a smaller baking dish, don’t over bake.
  • Set on cooling rack, cut into squares after cooled and serve. Enjoy!
