Apple Cranberry Walnut Crisp
Ingredients
- 1 can apple pie filling, 21 ounce
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries, craisins
- 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
- 1/2 dry quick oats
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375°, spray an 8 inch round baking pan with cooking spray.
- Spread the apple pie filling in baking dish, mix in craisins.
- In a medium mixing bowl mix together the flour, quick oats, chopped walnuts, light brown sugar.
- Pour melted butter over flour mixture, mix with a fork until all is evenly crumbled.
- Spread evenly over apple mixture, pat down lightly.
- Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, serve warm or cooled, top with ice cream or whipped topping, if you like. Enjoy!
