Apple Cranberry Walnut Crisp

Ingredients

  • 1 can apple pie filling, 21 ounce
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries, craisins
  • 1/2 cup regular or gluten free all purpose flour
  • 1/2 dry quick oats
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°, spray an 8 inch round baking pan with cooking spray.
  • Spread the apple pie filling in baking dish, mix in craisins.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix together the flour, quick oats, chopped walnuts, light brown sugar.
  • Pour melted butter over flour mixture, mix with a fork until all is evenly crumbled.
  • Spread evenly over apple mixture, pat down lightly.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 40 minutes, serve warm or cooled, top with ice cream or whipped topping, if you like. Enjoy!
