Chocolate Mint Pudding Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 small box chocolate instant pudding, (about 3 ounce)
  • 1 and 1/2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping, (cool whip)
  • about 14-18 chocolate mint cookies, (girl scout, keebler, or store brand)

Directions

  • In a medium mixing bowl add the milk, and pour in pudding package, beat with hand mixer until thickened.
  • Add half of the whipped topping and mix in completely with hand mixer, set aside.
  • Crush three cookies for each dessert cup, (or clear short drink cups) add crumbs to bottom of cups.
  • Divide pudding evenly between the cups, on top of the cookie crumbs.
  • Top with the remaining whipped topping divided evenly between the cups.
  • Crush two more cookies and sprinkle crumbs evenly on top of the three desserts.
  • Place a cookie on top of each cup. Place in refrigerator until cold. Makes 3-4 desserts, depending on size of cups. Serve and Enjoy!
