Easy Apple Crisp
Easy Apple Crisp – Gluten Free or Regular
- 1 can apple pie filling
- 1/2 cup regular flour or gluten free (measure for measure, 1 to 1, or your favorite)
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 6 tablespoons cold butter cut in cubes
Spray your cooking pan 8x 8 square, pie dish, or round pan with cooking spray, add apple pie filling spread evenly on bottom.
Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl, add cold butter pieces and cut in to dry ingredients until it resembles crumbly pie dough look.
Sprinkle on top of apple pie filling evenly.
Bake @ 375° oven for about 45 minutes.
Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
