Peach Cobbler with Butter Pecan Ice Cream!



Easy Peach Cobbler – Gluten Free

  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 can sliced peaches, with juice, about 15 ounce can
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cold butter

In a mixing bowl, mix flours and baking powder, pinch of salt, sugar.

Add milk and egg, stir to blend completely.

Pour peaches with juice into an 8 inch baking dish, with juice.

Slowly pour batter over peaches, top evenly with sliced butter pieces.

Bake @ 375° degrees for about 40-45 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Let set and cool slightly, serve with ice cream, whip cream, or whipped topping.
