Yellow Squash and Carrots

Easy Stir Fried Yellow Squash and Carrots with green onions.


Yellow Squash and Carrots

2 yellow squash julienne cut

2 carrots peeled and julienne cut

2-3 whole green onions sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 tablespoon butter

Salt and fresh ground pepper to taste


Add all ingredients into a skillet on medium heat, toss and cook for about 10 minutes or until vegetables are desired tenderness.

Serves about 2 or 3.
