Parmesan and Black Pepper Zucchini


Parmesan and Black Pepper Zucchini

  • 2 small to medium Zucchini, sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese, more or less
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • fresh ground black pepper to taste
  • salt to taste

Add olive oil to a large skillet on medium heat.

Spread out zucchini slices in the skillet, sprinkle evenly with garlic powder.

Grind fresh black pepper over zucchini, cook zucchini for a few minutes, until browned..

Turn over zucchini and grind pepper on top again.

Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over zucchini and let cook until the parmesan starts to brown and get crispy in pan.

Remove from skillet and serve. Add salt to taste.
