Simple Fluffy Microwave Eggs
Ingredients
- 2 or 3 eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
- Butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
- In a small cereal type bowl, spray with cooking spray or rub butter over inside of bowl.
- Next with fork or whisk, beat together the eggs, onion powder, and parsley flakes until frothy.
- Place in microwave, cook for 1 & 1/2 minutes, this should be enough time. It will depend on your microwave. And your preference.
- Eggs will puff up quite a bit.
- If eggs are to wet cook about 10 more seconds, the eggs will continue to cook when hot, don’t cook to long they will be rubbery and not fluffy.
- Slide a butter knife around egg edges to loosen if needed, turn bowl over on plate, egg should fall out easily.
- Add your favorite breakfast or brunch sides. Enjoy!
