Creamy Shrimp Pasta Salad
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 pound shrimp cooked, and cut into pieces, or leave whole if they are small
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, more or less if you prefer
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon no salt original seasoning
- 2 stalks celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed and patted dry
- 1/3 cup chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons dried dill
- 2 green onions, (the green tops), sliced
- 6 – 8 ounces pasta, cooked to package directions, rinse with cold water
- salt and fresh pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mix together.
- Next add the celery, peas, chopped onions, dill, mix until everything is coated.
- Add the prepared chilled pasta, fold in until everything is evenly cover with mayonnaise mixture.
- Add the green onions, sprinkle on top when serving. Serve with fresh rolls. Serves 2 for lunch or serves 4, as a side dish. Enjoy!
