Creamy Shrimp Pasta Salad

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2 pound shrimp cooked, and cut into pieces, or leave whole if they are small
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, more or less if you prefer
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon no salt original seasoning
  • 2 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas, thawed and patted dry
  • 1/3 cup chopped onions
  • 2 teaspoons dried dill
  • 2 green onions, (the green tops), sliced
  • 6 – 8 ounces pasta, cooked to package directions, rinse with cold water
  • salt and fresh pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and mix together.
  • Next add the celery, peas, chopped onions, dill, mix until everything is coated.
  • Add the prepared chilled pasta, fold in until everything is evenly cover with mayonnaise mixture.
  • Add the green onions, sprinkle on top when serving. Serve with fresh rolls. Serves 2 for lunch or serves 4, as a side dish. Enjoy!
