Italian Chicken Sausage with Cheese Ravioli
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen ravioli, cooked to package directions, about 13-16 ounces, (gluten free or regular)
- 1 package Italian chicken sausage, fully cooked, about 12 ounces, 4 dinner size links, sliced
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 large green pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon Italian season
- salt and pepper to taste
- grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- On medium heat add the olive oil, onions, green peppers, to a large skillet.
- Saute for about 5 minutes, add the sliced sausage, Saute for about 5 minutes to brown on both sides.
- Add the cooked ravioli and the butter, fold in to mix everything together, until heated through and light golden.
- Sprinkle the italian seasoning over top. Serve with parmesan cheese on top if you like. Serves about 3-4. Enjoy
