Cheesecake Brownies
Ingredients
- Brownie Batter
- 1/3 cup gluten free flour
- 1/3 cup baking cocoa
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup cooking oil
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- Cheesecake Batter
- 5 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°, spray 7 or 8 inch round baking pan with cooking spray, set aside, I used a spring form pan.
- In a medium mixing bowl mix together the egg, cooking oil, sugars, add the flour, and cocoa, mix everything together completely.
- Spread brownie batter in the prepared baking pan.
- In another bowl beat together the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour evenly over brownie mixture and swirl in with a knife.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
- Set on a cooling rack to cool. Slide a knife around edges of cake to loosen, open spring form and transfer to a serving dish to cut and serve. Enjoy!
