Cheesecake Brownies

Ingredients

  • Brownie Batter
  • 1/3 cup gluten free flour
  • 1/3 cup baking cocoa
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup cooking oil
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • Cheesecake Batter
  • 5 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 350°, spray 7 or 8 inch round baking pan with cooking spray, set aside, I used a spring form pan.
  • In a medium mixing bowl mix together the egg, cooking oil, sugars, add the flour, and cocoa, mix everything together completely.
  • Spread brownie batter in the prepared baking pan.
  • In another bowl beat together the cream cheese, egg, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Pour evenly over brownie mixture and swirl in with a knife.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes.
  • Set on a cooling rack to cool. Slide a knife around edges of cake to loosen, open spring form and transfer to a serving dish to cut and serve. Enjoy!
