Honey Mustard Boneless Chicken Thighs
INGREDIENTS
- 4 skinless boneless chicken thighs
- 4 tablespoons honey mustard (in the bottle)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic (in the jar)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Quart size slider or zip bag
DIRECTIONS
- Mix all the ingredients except chicken in the bag, stir everything together to blend.
- Add the chicken thighs seal the bag and move around the chicken to coat all sides. Set in the refrigerator for about 30-40 minutes to marinate. While you wait for chicken to marinade, prepare the remaining dinner sides you are making for your dinner.
- Spray air fryer rack with cooking spray. Preheat for 3 minutes. Set air fryer on 380° and 20 minutes.
- Place chicken thighs in air fryer on rack, cook chicken 10 minutes and flip, cook 10 minutes on other side.
- Air fryers can cook differently, Test chicken for doneness , if your not sure, 165°-175° internal temperature. Serves 2-4, (depends on how big the chicken thighs are).
- Serve with extra honey mustard for dipping, if you like. Enjoy!
