BBQ Pulled Chicken Sandwiches
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups cooked shredded rotisserie chicken, (I use the thighs and legs)
- 2/3 cup your favorite BBQ sauce, less or more if you like
- 1 – 2 tablespoons honey mustard
- 12 dinner rolls, slider buns, or 8 sandwich buns
DIRECTIONS
- Add the pulled chicken in a skillet, turn burner on medium, next add the BBQ sauce and honey mustard.
- Stir to completely mix all ingredients, turn burner to low, allow to cook for about 10 minutes. Turn off heat. Serve and enjoy!
