Mushroom and Rice in Rice Cooker
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup rice
- 1 & 1/2 cups beef, chicken, or vegetable broth, (I used beef)
- 6 ounces cut up fresh mushrooms
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 2 teaspoons no salt original seasoning, or (your favorite seasoning blend)
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
DIRECTIONS
- I use a Small Rice Cooker with one push button cycle.
- Add all the ingredients, in the rice cooker, stir, and cover with lid, plug in and push the button to start cycle.
- Should take about 20 minutes, stir about half way through cycle. Unplug and serve.
- Serves 2. Enjoy!
