Pineapple Cream Cheese Dessert

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 ounce block cream cheese, room temperature
  • 3 tablespoons confectionary sugar
  • 8 ounce tub whipped topping
  • 8 ounce crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 & 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, (set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish on top)
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar

DIRECTIONS

  • In a mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and confectionary sugar, mix on medium with hand or stand mixture until smooth.
  • Add the whipped topping and mix on a lower speed until completely blended.
  • Fold in drained crushed pineapple until everything is evenly blended. Set in refrigerator, while mixing bread crumbs.
  • In a medium bowl mix together the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.
  • Next add in the melted butter until evenly distributed through the graham cracker crumbs.
  • In a clear glass round bowl, about 6-7 inches round, take about a third of the graham cracker crumbs and spread on the bottom.
  • Next take cream cheese mixture out of refrigerator, add a third of cream cheese mixture on top of the graham crackers, repeat to make 3 layers.
  • End with cream cheese mixture on top, and sprinkle a little graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish.
  • Keep Refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
