Pineapple Cream Cheese Dessert
INGREDIENTS
- 8 ounce block cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons confectionary sugar
- 8 ounce tub whipped topping
- 8 ounce crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 & 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, (set aside 2 tablespoons for garnish on top)
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
DIRECTIONS
- In a mixing bowl add softened cream cheese and confectionary sugar, mix on medium with hand or stand mixture until smooth.
- Add the whipped topping and mix on a lower speed until completely blended.
- Fold in drained crushed pineapple until everything is evenly blended. Set in refrigerator, while mixing bread crumbs.
- In a medium bowl mix together the graham cracker crumbs and granulated sugar.
- Next add in the melted butter until evenly distributed through the graham cracker crumbs.
- In a clear glass round bowl, about 6-7 inches round, take about a third of the graham cracker crumbs and spread on the bottom.
- Next take cream cheese mixture out of refrigerator, add a third of cream cheese mixture on top of the graham crackers, repeat to make 3 layers.
- End with cream cheese mixture on top, and sprinkle a little graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish.
- Keep Refrigerated until ready to serve. Enjoy!
