Mini Magic Cookie Pies Happy Easter

INGREDIENTS

  • Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts, 6 pack
  • 1/2 can, about 7 ounce sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/3 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1 movie size box M&M’s, Easter colors

DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven @ 350°.
  • Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on the bottom of pie crust. About 2 tablespoons in each pie crust.
  • Next add pecans, coconut, chocolate chips, and last the M&Ms.
  • Gently press down with a spoon on top of the layers. (This helps everything to come together evenly with the sweetened condensed milk.)
  • Set pies on a baking sheet, place in oven.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven, Should be a golden color.
  • Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
