Mini Magic Cookie Pies Happy Easter
INGREDIENTS
- Mini Graham Cracker Pie Crusts, 6 pack
- 1/2 can, about 7 ounce sweetened condensed milk
- 1/3 cup chopped pecans
- 1/3 cup shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
- 1 movie size box M&M’s, Easter colors
DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven @ 350°.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk evenly on the bottom of pie crust. About 2 tablespoons in each pie crust.
- Next add pecans, coconut, chocolate chips, and last the M&Ms.
- Gently press down with a spoon on top of the layers. (This helps everything to come together evenly with the sweetened condensed milk.)
- Set pies on a baking sheet, place in oven.
- Bake for about 20 minutes in the preheated oven, Should be a golden color.
- Cool completely before serving. Enjoy!
