Semi Homemade Chili Mac

Ingredients

  • 1 can of your favorite chili, 15-19 ounces
  • 1 can diced no salt tomatoes, 15 ounces

  • 3 stalks celery, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 8 ounces of macaroni or pasta, cooked to package directions

Directions

  • In a medium sauce pot add all the ingredients, except pasta.
  • Stir everything to blend completely, set burner to medium, let cook for about 10 minutes, check and stir so it doesn’t burn.
  • Turn burner down to simmer and let cook for about 30 minutes, until celery is tender.
  • Spoon chili over hot macaroni or pasta, add a little cheese if you like, and serve. Enjoy!
