Mini M&M Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup regular or gluten free flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup shortening or butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup mini M&M’s

Directions

  • Preheat oven 350°.
  • In a medium bowl cream together the shortening and sugars, add egg, vanilla, and mix.
  • Stir in flour and baking soda, mix everything completely.
  • Fold in mini M&M’s. Drop by spoon on cookie sheet, makes about 24 small cookies.
  • Bake in 350° oven for about 10-12 minutes.
  • Transfer cookies to cooling rack. Enjoy!
