Mini M&M Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup regular or gluten free flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup shortening or butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup mini M&M’s
Directions
- Preheat oven 350°.
- In a medium bowl cream together the shortening and sugars, add egg, vanilla, and mix.
- Stir in flour and baking soda, mix everything completely.
- Fold in mini M&M’s. Drop by spoon on cookie sheet, makes about 24 small cookies.
- Bake in 350° oven for about 10-12 minutes.
- Transfer cookies to cooling rack. Enjoy!
