Ground Beef Mushrooms and Gravy

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef, 93/7
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cups beef stock
  • 1 tablespoon umami mushroom seasoning
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons corn starch
  • 4 tablespoons water

Directions

  • Turn burner on stove to medium, place ground beef in a large skillet to brown, drain any fat if needed.
  • Add beef stock, stir in the seasonings and the sliced mushrooms.
  • Let simmer for about 8-10 minutes.
  • Mix the corn starch and water together, stir in to the skillet to thicken the liquid.
  • After thickened to gravy, turn off heat and serve over your choice, mashed potatoes, egg noodles, or rice. Enjoy!
